According to Google Maps, this Zara branch is supposed to open at 10:00 on Sundays. However, we arrived at 10:30 and the store was still closed. It’s now 10:40, and the doors remain shut, with several people waiting outside. This lack of punctuality is unacceptable. 2025/06/01

I had a truly disappointing experience with Zara regarding a return. I went to the store to return 3 pairs of pants out of 7 I had purchased, fully aware that I was a few days past their 30-day return policy due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite this, the items were unworn, clean, odor-free, in perfect condition, and with their original tags.nnWhile I understand the policy, I was hoping for some flexibility, as the decision is at the store's discretion in such cases. Unfortunately, the staff chose not to assist me, showing a lack of customer service and an unwillingness to prioritize client satisfaction. They could have at least offered me store credit, which I suggested, but instead, it felt like a power trip from the cashier, which left me with a sour impression.nnIt’s disheartening to see customer service dwindle to this extent. The focus seems to have shifted away from client care, which is truly disappointing.

I rarely write reviews but wow the attitude of alot of the people here is truly something. I've had eyes rolled at me numerous times for just asking a question at the cashier stand and always being respectful. Just saying.

Trendy store with a great selection of styles for all occasions. The layout is organized, clothes are well stocked, and prices are reasonable for the quality. A reliable spot for stylish and up-to-date fashion.

I have shopped at this location regularly for years but the last time I was rushing to buy something with 5 minutes to spare before the store closed and they locked the doors early. I understand the desire to do this because many shoppers are not respectful and don’t leave when it’s closed, but that should not be a reason to turn away customers who would have shopped and left quickly.
