I will never go in that place again. I’m genuinely curious if customer service is part of the hiring criteria here. The attitude and lack of courtesy made for a very unpleasant experience. I’ll happily shop online instead.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never met never met more miserable people than the workers here. The girl at the cabins had the nastiest attitude especially one I asked to help me put A SINGLE SHIRT on a hanger because I had my hands full with 10+ pieces of clothing and she looked at me like I was the dumbest person on the planet. When I made a comment to another of the workers there she looked like she could not care less and she just wanted me to shut up and leave her alone. I ended up leaving the items I wanted to buy bc I could not stand to be there for another second.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at the cashier. The bill was calculated incorrectly twice, and despite showing the correct amount, the cashier insisted I was wrong and she was very rude. She called the manager and explained the situation in French, assuming I didn’t understand. I clarified that I do understand. In the end, it turned out that my calculation was correct, but the whole situation was stressful and frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Absolutely brutal. Rude staff. No help. More concerned with returns rather than the long line of people wanting to purchase items. Stores priorities are completely backwards. Avoid this store. There are other options.

Disorganized, woman perfume put in a very bad place so you can’t reach easily to taste and choose. Also employees at man department are aggressive and when you asked questions, showed you that you wasted their time , really unpleasant experience shopping at this store.
