terrible shopping experience at this location. What often happens is I went in looking to buy something and storm out quickly with nothing because of the messy display and the crowd. There're way too much clothes and they are everywhere like junk, especially during sale season. It felt like you are digging at a garbage ground. The poor stuff are overwhelmed at the amount of clothes to keep up reorganizing and it's impossible to find anything by yourself or by them. And they don't even care. Now i just give up going in any time all together.

Will never go back to this store. Not all the problems are the staff's fault - it is a VERY busy store and there are long lineups for the change rooms and also at the cash. Sorry, but I don't have time to wait in long lines for the privilege of trying on clothes and paying for them, especially when they're so cheaply made (I went there to buy a fall jacket I'd seen online and could see the snaps were already coming off from being tried on in-store). I gave it two stars as a few of the staff are competent (though many aren't), but overall the place is too chaotic and disorganized, and there are too many customers who seem to lack basic manners. Go down the street to Simons and find nicer clothes and a much better shopping experience.

I called to put something aside like the guy on the chat on the website give me advice to do it to not move myself for nothing. After 20 minutes, I got a respond and they transfer my call to the right departement. after 15 minutes, no answer. I use my second line to call back and right away we answer, I explain my situation and the girl is like ok... No apologies, nothing. She was absolutely rude. If you go there, dont ask for help, everyone is ''if is not on the floor we dont have it'', nobody look in the backstore, nobody even try to help you. I love the website of Zara, I hate the service we get at this specific place.

Probably one of the worst ZARA's to go too since there is always TOO MANY PEOPLE!!!! and they're disrespectful, they throw things around and do not care. The employees do their best with the line-ups at the cash and the trying rooms, but the store is a mess.
