If you’re poor or a fellow povo do not shop here. I like giving blunt honest reviews so here we go. Upon entering the store I saw a mannequin with a cute skirt. So I walk and and can’t find that exact skirt. I end up finding different skirts on the main floor. After wandering around and going upstairs to the second floor I see another mannequin with the same skirt that I was looking for but different colour. After wandering around once again doing a whole lap I finally found the skirts the mannequin is wearing. As someone who has worked in retail and understands how to merchandise products to some degree this is extremely frustrating. Most clothing stores will have the mannequin and the clothing right in front or beside the display so customers can actually buy the item as on display and make their own outfit or the same idea as displayed. This is very annoying and makes the shopping experience miserable. Takes notes from Garage retail store they’re really good at this. There is one staff member per 2-3 sections but typical retail fashion gotta keep labor low and profits high. There’s a random kitchen, house, interior section on the second floor. Just kinda walked passed that. The men section is fairly large with lots to look at. Don’t bother with the overpriced jewellery I will post some pictures below they are ridiculous. The store has the audacity to price a simple piece of plastic jewelry, not even metal for $30. I’d rather just shop online. You lose two stars because your set up is really annoying and makes no sense however the store is very organized and clean. Another star lost because of the overpriced accessories and jewelery. There’s a decent clearance section on the second floor and the lowest starting at $5. Most of items in the store are made of polyester or some sort of recycled plastic and manufactured in China. I also posted some pictures below for you to see. I think the “previously loved” section on the second floor was interesting but I didn’t bother looking too much as I assumed everything was still $40 minimum. I do like the fashion here, it’s very upscale and modern. Very classy but clearly not for povos like me. Hope you liked my review.

I just want to know in what world my 10 year old is being accused of stealing and then being given a 5 year ban. Staff was rude and made her cry. She put her phone up to her face and now she’s banned for 5 years for “theft” she’s a child and for one knows much better than to steal.Severely disappointed in the staff at this location.

They close at 7pm and fail to announce it to those shopping. I had no idea until 5 minutes before when I had an arm full of items to try on. Zero regard for those shopping.

Tee’s for $10 or a purse for $4,000 and everything in between. Mostly clothing and footwear with home accessories from kitchen to bathroom. There is a price point for everyone. The store is well lit and clean. It’s big but doesn’t seem so when walking around it. They have great selection and carry many name brands plus their own. The clothing is trendy if that’s what you want or conservative stuff too. I have been coming here since it opened and before when it opened in WEM. Love the ambiance and decor will come again.nAugust 13, 2021 visiting once again. Enjoyed the experience. Contact with the staff was nice, she was friendly and helpful.
