Came here for the first time looking for dress for a formal event. An employee who was african american heavier set with short hair and a red streak in front approached me and picked some dresses for me. She told me to show her them and I did to get a second opinion. I tried on two and liked one more than the other. I got out of the room to look at the other dress choices since she went and picked the two out and she asked what my plan was. I asked her if she did holds and she said well whats holding you back?? I said I just want to have a look around still. She kept pushing and said well theres grads and such so theres no guarantee it will still be here. I said no problem lets do the hold. She said I only had 2 hours to hold it. Took my name and phone number down. I called laura wem to ask how long they hold items for and she said until close and the next day!!!! And for all locations. I ended up going somewhere else and got a dress and shoes for the price of just one dress at laura. Never returning. That employee should be ashamed of herself for her pushy buisness approach and lying about their hold policy to try and make a sale.
