We went to The Helm on whim [to look for a unique suit for our wedding] after feeling discouraged at both Henry Singer and Holt Renfrew. Brad helped us, and we could not have asked a better experience. He picked out the ensamble literally from head to toe and understood exactly what we were looking for. Everyone working at the store was honest, helpful, and didn't pressure us whatsoever. We ended up purchasing pants and a jacket from Italy, and a beautiful Swedish-made shirt (all are now being tailored). Brad is now on the hunt for the perfect shoes. Would recommend to everyone.

Great service although this first visit was only a couple of t shirts for gifts impressed by owner and staff .Nice to have a premium menswear collection without the airs of other downtown menswear shops.

Stay away from the helm, they are the biggest bunch of Crooks in the clothing industry. So please be careful when dealing with Brad.

great fine clothing store.. had a great experience picking out some new summer threads.. the owners were very attentative and helpful without hovering over your shoulder.. as its a custom shop the quality will be above average materials.. recommend

Great experience with knowledgeable and personable staff, Brad is a Gem. I will definitely be back for future needs for any and all things fashion.
