La Maison Simons

I visited Simon's Anjou 3 x in the past week. I am happy to report that the salespersons on the 1st floor were all very courteous and helpful and welcoming.nMy last experience was very distasteful. i had to return a pair of men's pants on the first floor.nAnd was served by Veronique. Minutes before, my friend from Ontario has asked her a question in English and she could not and did not try to respond.nI only found this out after I complained about my experience with her.nShe took the pants and kept scrutinizing them, and then accused me of them having being worn. The price tag was still perfectly on them. I asked her why she thought that after I told her they had not. She said there was still pleats on the legs. that in itself should have proven that they had not. I was totally bewildered when she refused to take them and told me to take them to customer service. I have never felt so belittled by someone and especially one who clearly doesn't understand fabric or else she would have never questioned me or imagined that if pants still have folded lines that they would have been worn. Veronique totally disturbed me enough to never want to return to Simon's. Thankfully my next encounter was with Dolce, very friendly, accommodating, and refunded me v and never doubted

Had amazing service today Loulou was friendly, helpful and provided a smile to make this stressful last minute shopping experience more than enjoyable. Thank you !

Go see DOMENICO in the men's section upstairs. Absolutely spectacular service. He knows his clothing, is patient, calm , and very detailed oriented. I have been twice and made sure to go see him, extremely helpful. Won't shop there if he's not on duty . Highly recommend him for any questions or any clothing youre looking for in particular.

It’s my first time in Simons, and It’s unbelievable that I could find a really good stuff for my home.nnThe price little bit high 1-3$ but it’s worthed if you really take a look to the details and quality.nnI am also able to find a classic matt and plants here.

Clothes for guys where better looking this time i went. I stopped going for 2 years because the clothes was becoming ridiculous. Not sure where they would get their designs but you wouldn't catch me or anyone i know wear any of that.nNow it seems they came back with normal designs. You know for normal people instead of the froot loop niche.
