Lineup for self checkout goes until produce section and only 1 cashier line open. Walking into this Walmart, super unorganized, doesnt look good at all. Dont point fingers at clients, do necessary, staff adequately to keep things in order and maintain Walmart standard. Check out Super C, IGA, Dollarama in the same SmartCentre. If they can keep things organized and clean, not sure why Walmart is suffering from this.
Overall this is a great walmart. The placement of the store makes it difficult when exiting with vechile or by foot. There is plenty of traffic but its smack in the back of the smart center mall. It has a mr lube and is a decent size. Its in excellant proximity to the place bourassa making it easy to walk there from Canadian Tire. the people are nice and integrated within the walmart there is a mc ds, tim hortons, photo shoot, hair salon and more.
There were stuff all over the place, some isles were not accessible because of all the stuff blocking access, I understand that they were stocking the shelves but... Then at check out had problems with the machine, plenty of staff on hand just not interested in helping.
I got help in a timely manner even though it was busy. Seems understaffed because some areas look a bit of a mess.
This Walmart is probably the worst managed in town. I have pointed out mold growing in boxed garlic and they have old and possibly rotting groceries. They don't have a lot of items compared to the ones at Cote des Neige or St Leonard's.
Ordered on line; they put a hold on my credit card for the whole order, but sent me half the items; still waiting for refund and ended up paying full delivery fee for the 4 little items they did send me ;
They behave customers like as thieves by checking every reciept manually when customers quit from there after their purchase, this is unrespectful...
I always find what I'm looking for I think it's one of the best Walmarts on the est side .
Unbelievable bad In kids clothing department was such a mess..everything was on the floor.. Unprofessional manager
Customer service doesn't answer the phone. Totally useless!!!
