La Baie d'Hudson

We went to The Bay ville d’Anjou store, which we have been shopping at for decades. While visiting the men’s perfume section we experienced one of the worst examples of customer service!! After standing a while at the counter, The employee was in deep discussion with another lady about everything else but fragrances, totally ignoring me at the counter, no acknowledgment, no eye contact, nothing. The section was not busy or crowded. While waiting ,another employee came towards the counter and asked me if I needed any help. I mentioned that we were looking for A bottle of Tom Ford lost cherry. There was a very disappointing inventory of Tom Ford, not seeing the fragrance I asked if there was any other bottles behind the counter. She answered me “That’s all we have, if you don’t see it we don’t have it!!” WOW!! All this not far from of the first employee who was no help whatsoever. I don’t think The Bay, or Tom Ford would be impressed with how we were unprofessionally served and treated…

I called about 75 times during opening hours, tried 6 different departments, and got absolutely no answer. ZERO. NIET.nnNo wonder people are forgetting about this store... They can't even answer a damn phone.nnRidiculous.

the girls in the bra section are completely useless, to ask a question we literally had to interrupt a conversation between all 4 girls because no one came to help at the changing room and they didn’t even acknowledge our existence

I hang around the discount area, service was A1, unlike my experience in the past. Found great clothes at a fraction of the price. Will come back

I recently visited one of the chain stores and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The store was well-organized and the staff were easy to find if I needed assistance. The selection of items was impressive, with a variety of designer choices and a wide range of options to choose from. Overall, I was very impressed with this store and would definitely recommend it to others. The store was clean and the layout made it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the store was welcoming and inviting. In my opinion, this store is one of the better chain stores out there and I will definitely be returning in the future.
