I absolutely love the customer service at this location. Very friendly and professional. I ended up buying a Stanley cup that everybody is raving about and they had a bunch of different colors. I’ll continue to shop there.

Great shopping, but haven't been in ages - Simon's, please bring back your amazing, amazing cafe!  Those of us in Ottawa come a long way and it made it worth our while!!!

This store is always clean! The lights are bright so it kind of brings more excitement then the other stores. I don't personally like shopping here..nNot really my style but my sisters love this store! The employees are always very nice and friendly! I'm definitely coming back with my siblings!
