We were having a really good time with shopping. The lady was really nice. We had a great experience until it was time to pay. We paid but needed to refund the transaction. The manager was not a good person about it and she started raising her voice at my 55 year old mom who was buying me a birthday gift. I stepped in and said you can’t be yelling at my mom like that and then she gave me attitude and yelled at me to get out of the store. Never shopping there again :
Very rude staff with horrible attitude. They treat you like you are there to steal; following you around keeping a close eye not letting you comfortably browse then when it's time to pay you get stared down and treated like you're there to bother them. On the other hand they do have rare nice clothes and if you can tolerate their bad behaviour the clothes are a nice buy.
The clothing is of pretty good quality but the prices are very high. This isn't the place to go if you need a t-shirt and have less than 40$ in your pocket. Otherwise it's always very neat and clean with super helpful staff. I've always had great service here.
Manager was called over to reverse charges as the clerk forgot a discount as members. Manager assumed we were trying to rip her off, explaining my already 10% discount of $37 as a non-paid membership fee with my $7 discount. Treated us like we robbed the store of $30, picked up the phone to call the police. Prior to her involvement, my son the client was enjoying his shopping experience with good attention from the clerk.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great clothes for the big guy. Highly recommend .
I find this to be the best big and tall clothing store in the national capital region. It has a far better selection than the other two in the area. They offer the same 10% discount for joining their mailing list. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming compared to what you get on the Ottawa side. Their brands are great, they carry jack jones exclusively!
I bought a winter jacket at this store in the end of November and received it on dec 1 2018. I find that the jacket is not warm enouf and worn it for one day . the company does not want to refunds it. Whrn i call the store the sale person at the phone was so rude and start yelling on the phone. Last time i will buy at that store. Send a complaints and of course they did not want to do a refunds. That the first time i here a store does not do refund on a coat that was worn one time.
They always have great clothing for big guys. I just wish they carried more "talls" and open a store in West ottawa. Yes they are a bit pricey, but the clothes last.
Great place during a sale, a little pricey when it's full price,if you have a hard time finding clothes that fit well this is this spot.
Awesome store, friendly and helpful staff. Men's casual and dress clothes in large sizes 1XL to 6XL. Will definitely be back!
