Store itself is really well kept with an awesome selection of mens clothing. I made the mistake of having not shopped for clothes for 5 years and had to purchase an entirely new wardrobe for work and casual wear... this place was perfect (literally has everything). Me and my second half had the luxury of being helped by a staff member named Xavier who literally went beyond his duties as a client service representative to make shopping there a great experience. Then the bad... I had purchased two pairs of dockers and ended up needing to return and replace them with alternate pairs of pants of a different brand due to the improper fit. Upon going to the counter after having been previously serviced by Xavier, I met Lisa. At first the experience started off great with the return being processed quickly, but then she completely disregarded the additional pair of pants for return and became confrontational out of no where, began sweating and swearing in french. Her colleagues began trying to calm her down because she acting erractic and ultimately she walked away and began to continue saying things to her work colleagues in another section. Then when everyone else fled the counter Xavier once again came in and was exceptional in his service,he processed the very simple return of an additonal pair of pants without confrontation and in less than 5 minutes and I was able to continue with my additional 180 dollars in purchases ( spent over 380 dollars in the last two days). If you need service find Xavier and avoid Lisa.
