Syphus Training

My wife told me about the interaction described in the recent review and I wanted to pass this along: She has been doing the Syphus workout 2-3 times per week for several months now and has worked with most, if not all of the trainers. She has never experienced anything but encouragement, kindness and focused, positive coaching from all of the trainers. They strive to help participants understand how to do the tasks so nobody gets hurt. They don’t care if you’re young, old, a man or a woman, in excellent shape or struggling to get through 10 minutes worth of tasks. There is no judgment on the turf, only encouragement. There is truly nothing like Syphus for someone who is serious about getting a good workout and feeling like you have accomplished something significant in 60 minutes on the turf. The interaction described in the other recent review was not at all what she witnessed, as she was in the 430 class that afternoon when the reviewer walked in the side door and crossed the turf during the workout. Thanks to the Syphus team for providing an excellent option for people of all ages and genders!

Rude trainers I showed up for a class and first off they are sexist towards men, they only like women. And second off I came to try it out and the lady on Friday at 5.30 may 26 was rude and would not give me the free trial workout they have listed, because she said sorry I have to get my daughter,then she made another excuse well you're the only one here. I'm thinking to myself why are you a trainer. You don't care about customer service that's for sure. Luckily I found another gym close by that was happy to see me and my money and was open arms to help me.
