Visited this registry 3 times in the last 2 weeks and I was helped by 3 different people but I have to say that I am very impressed and happy with the service here. The employees were very helpful and ensured they helped us throughout the whole process. They were all very kind and understanding and the customer service alone is a factor why I would visit there again. Some weekdays it can be busy, but even then the line moves pretty fast as they process customers.
I needed to renew my car registration. I went here on a Monday around 1:00pm. I was in the Express Lane, but it looked like the regular lane would be faster. As there was one person ahead of me in both lanes. But the Express Lane had only one staff, whereas the regular lane, had five staff helping customers. So that's where I went. I was helped by Arshdeep. She was great. Fast, friendly, and competent. I must have been in and out in 10 minutes. Can't ask for more than that.
I recently visited the registry and had the pleasure of being assisted by Candice. She was incredibly fun, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was both effective and pleasant. Her dedication to providing excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I’ve been here a handful of times in the middle of the day and always have virtually no wait. I’ll schedule a hour into my day as this is how long a registry typically takes but am always in and out in 10 minutes.nnThey’re always staffed appropriately, staff and kind and helpful, service is quick and straight forward. Candice was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We came in for more than one service, and she guided us through each process patiently and efficiently. Based on the quality of the experience she facilitated, we will go back to Oliver Square Registries in the future.
