Despite going through all these horrible reviews I had a great experience with this place . A lot of the people are going on here saying the instructors are horrible and fail you your first attempt is a lie . I passed my drivers test the first try ! Highly recommend this place ! Yes it’s super busy there but what registries place isn’t busy. When going to any registries you should always be prepared for it to be busy .

Very long lines but what do you expect, I had no issues with the staff, sometimes they are nice sometimes they don't want to smile I personally don't care as long as my business gets done. Did my written for my class 7 here and it was ok. The driving instructor on the other hand.. horrible.. bald indian guy very rude and yelled at me and forced the car left when I felt it wasn't safe.. still passed me though.. that guy has no patience so beware of that particular driving instructor.. The three stars are a reflection of the registry and it's staff NOT the driving instructor.

Good service but they need to know what's going on with their instructor one of the worst I can't remember his name I wish I could take his picture or his name that you guys know him next time what to do my sister had exam today with him again 2times in collingwood 1time in&out registry he never explain to her what she did or the road she was that time he just writes poor driving actually he is poor instructor fail unless u give him tip hope we will get different examiner next time he was working before Collingwood registry close to west edmonton mall now he is working in& out registry please If anyone now or can investigate why he is doing that. thanks

Excellent service. Unique staff. Am so thankful to all the staff, for the numbers services which made my life easier in the beautiful country Canada.

Most of the negative reviews are for driving exam instructors that work for the province and NOT the registrar... That and people usually don't have their proper paperwork, coupled with a long line, makes for cranky customers. 5 stars for Jamie - She was very polite and made the transaction extremely painless. Photo radar can suck a dick though.
