Went today with my 4 month old baby to get her second round of shots. Everybody was very helpful and nurses very soft and kind. My baby didn't even cry for the fist shot and a half. (Got 3 needles today, ouch). Very clean and spacious place. Recommended.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER HAD BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ALBERTA HEALTH SERVICES INFORMATION PRACTICES WHEN I CALLED. IF YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK NAMED AMBER YOU'VE ALREADY MADE YOUR FIRST MISTAKE> REDIRECTED 5 TIMES GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION>FIND ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!!

All nurse and in reception area are Very helpful, great services they loved their job.

It's clean and the staff are friendly. I hate the Northgate center hence why I only gave it 3 out of 5
