Ksira Gelato

Absolutely delicious food and service at Ksira Gelato. I am a huge fan of cassava and chef Roshan took that to a next level with cassava fries. Honestly, even the fried curry leaves taste so good! Mutton fries were so flavourful! A lot of mutton and absolutely tasty. We also loved our sandwiches and drinks! Absolutely amazing experience! Looking forward to a future Ksira Gelato store for our west end foodies

We have been here 5 - 6 times . Big fan of the gelato . We have also had different dishes from the menu . Food is definitely fresh . Some of the dishes - the taste profile might not be for everyone but you definitely have variety.

Clean, friendly staff, fast service, top quality food. Must try- Mithi vedi grilled cheese sandwich- 10/10 flavour, large chunks of savoury boneless mutton, seeni sambal caramelized onion spread topped with a fried egg and grilled with gourmet cheese from Cheese Boutique Toronto. This is a hefty, filling sandwich, with premium fresh ingredients and you can really taste it worth every dollar considering how little mutton you get at other places. Casava fries were seasoned and fried to perfection with a delicious chilli oil not your avg chili oil either, jeez what’s in there, crack?! Need to bottle and sell that stuff Finished it all off with some rose sherbet/hazelnut gelato, both full of flavour, rose was my favourite. All sandwiches come with fries. Seeni sambal grilled cheese sandwich was another must-try!! Chef Roshan has done a gourmet take on traditional home cooked food. Fusion at its finest, letting Tamil food shine without skimping on quality or flavour. Can’t wait to go back! If you haven’t been here yet, you are doing yourself a disservice.

This place was incredible!!! Didn’t actually know they did more than gelato and so glad we tried the steak sandwich. It was soooo juicy, flavourful and just beyond satisfying! I’ve never had something so incredible. The gelato was amazing too! The flavours were so unique and I had such a hard time deciding what to pick, finally went with their popular wattalapam and pistachio saffron, it was soooo creamy, rich and flavourful, I loved it. I tasted the matcha flavour which was also delicious. The staff was very friendly and sweet. I really wish you would open a location in Mississauga, you would have lineups every day! Waiting for it.

We ordered the steak sandwich and the tuna one. I saw a lot of influencers on Instagram hype this place and that’s the reason I came all the way from Markham to get a taste of it before my return. The sandwiches with fries are not worth the price at all. I like the gelato, for which I am giving the three stars. But with the sandwich I am disappointed. I am one of the customers who went to the house in 2017 to buy the sauces as it wasn’t available anywhere so easily at that time.

Honestly from the service to how clean the place was all the way to the gelato 10/10. My go to Gelato is always the Sherbet but I had a chance to taste the tiramisu and by far my new fav!

We had a phenomenal experience! The flavours are all unique and delicious. Service by Gabriel was outstanding. He truly went above and beyond to explain everything and insured we were satisfied. I also had the pleasure of trying a latte and as a coffee addict I have to say they have great beans. They are definitely are worth checking out.

We recently visited this store based on friends recommendation but really disappointed. Items are really expensive for the portion they provide. We bought 3 different sandwiches price range is from 14 to 18. All you get is 2 toasted breads with filling of your choice and some fries. In my personal opinion that portion is only worth around 8 to 10$. The filling for "Mithi vedi" is frozen goat curry. Taste was the only positive think. For Gelato they have different variety. But again their portion is very small. Their small size is 7$, double 9.5, half pint 20$, full pint is 40$. Their half pint and full pint looks big from outside but inside the box volume is small. Those boxes are thick. I would recommend to get double size than pints. Again taste wise gelato is okay but don't get decieved by recommendations and look of the place. They even charged 2$ for take out boxes. For me overall it's looks a like cash grabbing place with fancy look. Most millennials visit here for Instagram posts.This is my point of view but definitely try this place .I hope owner make some modifications to their portions and stop cash grabbing mentality.

Got the mutton fries, mithi vedi sandwich, & gelato. The mutton fries were definitely yummy but pricy. There is a lot of meat forsure & i do think if they had an option to ad cheese and a garlic sauce it would be better. The sandwich was interesting to try but I wouldn’t repeat it. Gelato was great, i got the pistachio and will recommend it. One scoop is more than enough.

My whole family loves this place! The mushroom and cheese sandwich and the steak and cheese sandwich are phenomenal! SO GOOD. The gelato is the best I’ve ever had. I lost count on how many flavours I’ve tried. I wish they had a seating area, everyone’s eating in their cars aha. The place is so beautiful and prices are great too!
