Okay! So may I just say this is the BEST sub I’ve ever had!! Hands down I will drive from Scarborough to Salem any day just for Firehouse Subs. My mom ordered the Medium 8” Beef and cheddar brisket on whole wheat and I got the Large 12” Club on a Sub on white. Both subs were loaded with meat and a decent amount of topping. I have not one thing to complain about & they gave us two pickles on the side as requested. I could of ordered a sub to go home with. I haven’t been so happy with a meal in a very long time. My mom and I rounded up our totals and donated to the “Public safety organization” which was evidently posted / displayed in the store. I asked one of the reps in the store About the organization and he was very knowledgable. Thank you firehouse subs for an amazing lunch. We will surely be back- And very soon! P.s. My mom was so pleased she looked into opening a franchise but there was nothing available at the moment. I told her it didn’t hurt to try. Lol
OMG...It was my first time visiting. I ordered the 8 inch brisket and cheddar with BBQ sauce on the side and 2 pickles. We also ordered the 12 inch club sub. It was so much meat. What a foodie coma! They were so good....Subway does not even come close. The staff were friendly and the location was clean and had lots of seating. You gotta try them...I don't think I can go back to Subway.
Can’t say enough good things about this place! Saucy subs that are always filled with toppings inside. The bread is so fresh!
My husband and I came into the Ajax location and will not be back! The male taking our order didn't even acknowledge I was there,took my husband's order then asked if that was all! We also asked for no pickles and as you can clearly see in our baskets pickles! Also, the bathrooms were disgusting and we waited just over 15 mins for our food. We watched 1 employee answer his personal phone.....
I ordered a vegetarian sandwich & found several pieces of meat inside of it. I had to throw out the entire sandwich as a result. I completely understand that mistakes can happen, however when it comes to the mixing of meat and vegetables the restaurant should have a better more error free system in place, as that is not acceptable. The restaurant was already closed by the time I discovered it & therefore left an inquiry via customer service and I was also very disappointed with the company as they did not respond to nor acknowledge my inquiry.
Usually the meats in the salad are cut up.. today I got it and they're all large slices.. never got it like this before.. don't have the time to cut this up.... otherwise great subs and salads but today left disappointed....
Let’s just say GO for it! It’s what a sub should be. The quality of the meats is amazing. I have been quite a few times with my family and we all love it. The only place we will go for a sub. How do you forget one drink, one bag of lays chips and a brownie? Not once but twice this has happened. 2 star rating. At least I got my veggie sub so thank you but y'all gotta stop being forgetful with items. Good thing I got a refund.
Was in yesterday, and service level has gone down hill. No greeting when you come in the door, staff talking about other staff not caring who heard; certainly not the same good vibe as previous visits. To make matters worse, the sub was so messy with way too much sauce that it made it very challenging to eat especially when there were no napkins in the bag
My faith renewed in subs!!! SOOO good!!! Huge in size and flavour!! I got the Club Sub and My Wife got the Hook and Ladder. Full of Real ingredients and their bread was really bread and not full of garbage like other sub chains. Really nice people there and we'll definitely be going back!!
