We dealt with Shawn in the sale of our house recently. He was recommended by a good friend of mine and I am so glad he did. Shawn was amazing to work with, he is professional and highly efficient. He got the pricing of our house spot on and it sold very quickly. He would answer his texts and phone calls promptly and would get back with information almost right away. The sale process went very smoothly, all documentations sent via docusign. He explained the contracts efficiently and was there to answer any questions. I also felt supported during the emotionally difficult time around selling our home. I would recommend Shawn 100% as our realtor and would recommend him to anyone.
I have never known anyone to go above and beyond more than Shawn and Kristen. I sold my first property with them and purchased my second home with them. The amount of work they both did to ensure that it all went smoothly is hands down the best service I have ever had. In selling that home 10 years later Shawn ensured everything was handled so well with realistic pricing. He did not waste time setting unrealistic expectations. It was all handled in a week at higher than listed. Shawn and Kristen know the market they are in better than anyone in town. Now we work together in finding my next place to call home. Not only do I have live long realtors I have life long friends.
Awesome Realtors, they were definitely up to the task of finding us a fantastic home in our desired location. I've bought two houses and sold two houses and after working with 3 realtors, Kristin and Shawn is who I've returned to for my last 3 transactions. When I needed to sell, their knowledge was extremely useful and things were stream lined, well explained, easy, and stress-free. When I was casually looking for a house, despite it being over 18 months, I was never rushed. They were eager to understand what I was looking for, view any property I showed interest in, and happy to wait for the right place come on the market. There is simply no one better.
