The Charlie Parker Team has been of great help in selling our house. They are extremely knowledgeable about the locality and the market. We were impressed that the house was sold in a week (from the time of the listing). We were working with Mr. Graeme, and he was professional and honest. We cannot thank Graeme and his team enough for their excellent and professional efforts in marketing and ultimately selling our house. From the photos, the drone, and the video to newspaper, internet, and flyer distribution, we honesty feel they went above and beyond. We also appreciated that Graeme, or any one of the team, was always available to cheerfully answer questions and concerns, no matter the time of day or day of the week. Graeme Parker's service was outstanding. What we appreciated the most was his communication, he stayed in touch all the time during the process of selling our home, any question we had was answered promptly. Graeme's approach with our tenants was always courteous sometimes under challenging circumstances. Even to this day when we might not need his services for a while, we regularly get a nice reminder from him just to let us know he is thinking of us. We have and will be recommending Graeme's services to anyone who is either buying or selling, they won't be disappointed!

I was asked to write a review for the Charlie Parker Team, specifically for Jim Grieve. We have worked with Jim for many years, and he has helped us both buy and sell a rental property and to purchase our current home. Even when we weren't actively looking, Jim took the time to send us listings and show us homes that were of interest. When we were ready to purchase, we knew exactly what we wanted and only looked at one home - and we bought it! When our son was purchasing his first condo, we worked with another member of the Charlie Parker team. Unfortunately she left part way through the process and Jim stepped in and helped us complete the sale. Most recently, my husband's brother and his wife were looking for a home and even before their home on the mainland was listed, Jim was taking us around to look at homes and neighbourhoods. Long story short, they bought a lovely home in Parksville and Jim worked with them to make sure everything was aligned for a great home purchase experience. Jim keeps in touch and is always available for us. I know how busy he is and whenever we call, he is there for us. I cannot give a higher recommendation! Jim Grieve is a delightful young man who knows the market and does everything he can to make selling and purchasing homes a great experience!
