We recently sold our home and bought property to build on and we are so happy we chose Carlee and Devin as our realtors. They are both very knowledgeable and professional, and we knew we were getting the best service possible from them. From being available to us in the evening and over weekends, we really felt they went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t missing any opportunities. Carlee was very professional and walked with us thru a more complex than average home purchase after looking for the perfect property over a couple of months of searching. Carlee and her team have provided consistent excellent service for two residential property purchases. Carlee is very quick to respond to all questions/requests, has a very good knowledge of the local real estate and rental market and is a pleasure to work with. As an out of town investor, I greatly appreciate her ability to identify and inform me of only the most fitting properties while not bogging me down with inappropriate listings. Additionally, Devon has shown an excellent knowledge of the commercial market and has provided very detailed answers to all my questions in that field.
