My husband and I recently moved to Nanaimo, BC from New-Brunswick and were recommended Bryn as a realtor. We are so happy that we found such a reliable, trusting, and hardworking realtor for this big move across the country. With the housing market being so fast-paced, Bryn showed us multiple homes virtually not only the homes, but also  the neighborhoods surrounding those houses - so we would get a feel of the surroundings. He always provided great input and honest feedback. He knew what we were looking for and kept us updated with new potential listings. This big move and change for our family wasn’t the easiest, but Bryn was with us all the way and made it seem like everything was possible! My wife and I bought our first home together with Bryn as our guide.  I was very nervous and hesitant as we were new to the area in which we were looking to buy.  Bryn was professional, courteous, responsive, and most important, trustworthy.  You'll understand if you work with him; he has your best interest in mind, knows when to encourage you on a property and when to discourage you against a property which he did several times.  It's an emotional process and an enormous financial decision and you' want someone like Bryn who is patient yet confident in his role.  Don't perceive his calm demeanor as inexperience; it's the hallmark of a professional giving you the time and space you need as you process things.  We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and will do so again.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryn to sell my mothers house after she passed away.  Selling a home can be stressful to say the least and especially when it is the family home.  I was fortunate to connect with Bryn. He is an excellent realtor.  He has integrity, honesty, and great communication skills.  I never felt left in the dark during the whole process.  He is very professional and knows the business. I would never hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
