Nice local bakery that has limited items but fresh with fair prices. Their unique style Cheesecake was good but nothing to rant and rave about.
I came across this bakery - what a gem! I had their custard-filled bun last week, and it was the best one I've ever had! It wasn't overly sweet, and the bun was fluffy. Today, I came by to try their Japanese cheesecake. It tasted just as good as I had imagined. I come to this plaza weekly, so I plan on trying other buns each time! The owners are very nice and friendly too :
Love this place!! I always stop to get their cheesecakes and I've tried and loved the shokupan. Cute couple who runs the place too
The custard bread was soft and the custard was nice and creamy and spread well within the bread. Came here by accident and would come back just for their bakery again.
One of Don Mills secrets! Bread is always fresh and so soft. The melon bread is just pure just hate Mondays now bec theyre closed.
My family and i bought a Japanese cheescake from here for Mother’s Day. It was incredible!! 100000/10 It is my favourite Japanese cheesecake i have ever tried.
the melon bun is incredibly delicious!! it came out of the oven - not too sweet but incredibly flaky. bought their apple danish as well and immediately went back for more.
I can only rate the one item I've tried so far, but would give it 6 out of 5* if I could! It was the apple strudel/danish, which I heated up in the toaster oven for a couple of minutes before enjoying. The pastry was perfectly flaky like a butter croissant and the apple filling was fresh and not too gooey or sweet. Will definitely be back again soon!
Their melon bun was freshly baked/ still warm and was so pillowy but buttery! Also tried their egg tart which was perfectly cooked and had a flaky crust. Opened 2 months ago and going to go back for their best seller - cheesecake
Best Egg Tarts in GTA not too sweet, with light flaky crust 1 is not enough beware! ; Excellent Wholesome Traditional Japanese White bread -SHOKUPAN, stays fresh for days without addictives - Delicious!!
