Excellent fresh baked everything! From old word rustic breads, over 20+ types of cookies, cakes, muffins, pies and even various halwa’s almond, pistachio, chocolate that I believe they make in house! Quaint little bakery that uses top quality ingredients. Everything we purchased tasted delicious. If I lived here I would be here every week for all third delectables!!
We’ve been ordering cake from Regina since 2008 then we stopped due to whatever reason they were closed for then last week we heard it was reopened and we went back and learned that it’s a new owner but same bakers. So, we decided to give it a try. Wow, very disappointing. Cake tasted like cheap cream from China Town and looked nothing like a strawberry short cake. Good luck staying in business because we’ll never return….
The bakery owner tells me that this is a "Greek Bakery" and there is plenty evidence of that inside the store. Lots of choices of fresh baked bread and the ones I have tried are delicious...fresh and rustic tasting. The is a giant showcase full of cookies and squares...all tasty so far they are sold by the pound and I am slowly making my way through the inventory. There is also a very large selection of Greek and Mediterranean pre-packaged and canned goods from oils to olives, crackers to candy, dolmathes, tahini, fig jams and spreads, etc. There is also a large dairy section. Lots of fun to shop here for both familiar and "new" ingredients and munchables. They serve a variety of fresh coffees ranging from espressos to Capuchinos and tea is also available. There are several high stools at an interior "window bar" and a selection of cafe table sets outside on the sidewalk. The front door is level with the sidewalk so I will guess that it is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available on the street. The friendly and cheery staff make this a pleasant and tasty shopping experience. I recommend that you give it a try.
Delicious freshly baked goods at great prices. The pastries, cakes, bread and other food is baked in store ant tastes amazing. I usually come here two to three times a week because I love the crispy bueno wafer rolls. They also serve espresso and coffee which goes perfectly with the desserts. The owner is very friendly and is always smiling.
Cute little Greek bakery with a nice assortment of biscuits and puff pastries with fillings such as spinach and feta, ham and feta, etc. They serve freshly brewed coffee too but I’ll try it the next time. One thing I didn’t like was the Greek lemon fizzy drink which was ridiculously concentrated with artificial lemon flavour - not to my liking The ladies behind the counter were super sweet!
I have been a loyal customer of Arto Bakery for years and their products never disappoint. The fresh baked goods are always made with the highest quality ingredients and have an exceptional taste. From their flaky croissants to their soft and chewy cookies, every item is five-star worthy. The staff is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to make recommendations and answer questions. Overall, Arto Bakery is the perfect place to indulge in delicious treats and I highly recommend giving them a try!
First time coming to this bakery as I was looking for One that still had Greek calendars. Very friendly staff and I bought sweet bread that was literally fresh out of the oven. It is one of the best and softest I’ve had. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Absolutely love their bread sticks and dips. Taramasalata, tzatziki and spicy feta are the best in TO. Only reason for not giving give starts is we've got bougatsa a couple times and the pastry was not fully baked. But is very tasty once baked longer at home. The dough was pretty thick. Very friendly service!
Very friendly staff. Amazing Greek deserts, and fresh spinach pies, pizza, and other great quick meals. We ordered a birthday cake, and it was amazing. Kids couldn’t get enough.
Great bakery, prices are really good.
