Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba

Overall the food does not disappoint. the noodles are super amazing. I will go back for sure. The only cons I have for this place is the Service itself I ordered the combo which I can choose one of the following 6 items. I chose the Fuji Cheese Cup Cake. They charged me $4.95 for it at the end, now I was under the impression that was free with the combo. But I could be wrong and maybe they did list the price there and I just didn’t see it? Part of that Service experience is I have to ask the server for a few things that I assume they will bring out when is time? Like the rice for the combo I have to ask for them to bring it to me. And than at the end the waitress brought over the bill but I didn’t even have my dessert I ordered….until I remind her and she brought it over.

Absolutely amazing food! The staff was polite and friendly, we were seated almost immediately, and they were quick to take our order. The meal was prepared very fast, so quickly that the items we ordered to share before our meal came all arrived with our meal, but that is what efficiency looks like! Preparation was excellent, we were asked about allergies, and although we had none, it is quite inclusive to ensure a great meal experience. We will definitely return!

I was excited to try this place out due to all the positive reviews and it was underwhelming. I am a fan of Japanese food, but there were many things that I think this place could improve. To start service and atmosphere were good, no complaints there. Food and drinks on the other hand: Beer was not cold at all which is surprising as Japanese people really like their beer cold. The noodles tasted like they were premade several days ago, not fresh hand made in store. Portion size was fairly small given the price. Non alcoholic drinks are overpriced; they taste okay. Almost $8 or 9 for a cold latte, $6 during happy hour. Takoyaki was frozen, but that's common it still tasted okay. During happy hour prices were okay, still not good value. Seems overpriced outside of happy hour though.

Never had mazesoba before, it was quite tasty and the instructions were very helpful! Not too heavy and it was good to be able to customize a bit with vinegar and chili, especially since the spice level was really low. The drinks came in a very cute plastic bag as well!

This place is amazing! It was our first time here, and we’re definitely coming back. We ordered the Spicy Mazesoba and the Mentaiko Cream Mazesoba. The food was flavorful and delicious, with a rich umami flavor. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the flavor of the Tan tan Ramen! Probably the best ramen in the area that I've had. Chicken Karaage Bao Bun was excellent! Gyoza was nothing special. Parking is not the best limited street parking Friendly staff and clean restaurant!

Lots of Japanese restaurants won’t deliver ramen because they fear the reduced quality if they send noodles soaking in soup for an unknown and possibly excessive amount of time. Kokoro uses a clever 2 layered delivery box that solves that problem. Everything still arrives warm enough and the noodles aren’t waterlogged. Tasty stuff. A little hit and miss on the special order customizations.

Delicious flavours ,well cooked and the right balance of oils, seasoning and toppings. The chasu cubes mixed with the sauce and noodles will have you come back for more. Definitely worth checking out. I have brought many friends here and they keep coming back for more. Fast and reliable service as well.

Server was friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly after I placed order. I had Zenbu Mazesoba and Tokyo Milk tea. The milk tea was so good, not too sweet and suites my taste. The mazesoba is salty which I didn't like; however, noodles themself are surprisingly chewy and good. Will try different dish next time.

This was my second time visiting a Kokoro Mazesoba location first time was the downtown location and this visit did not disappoint! Ordered the Niku Mazesoba and it was consistent with my first visit. Super creamy, rich, and very filling! Highly recommend and will continue coming back for this!
