Really not as bad as all the negative reviews are making it seem. Definitely room from for improvement when it comes to general maintenance but does now warrant all the bad reviews. Under 20 bucks for your little one to run around and have a blast for a few hours is pretty good in my opinion.
Celebrated my son birthday at Koalakidz. Place is amazing. Staff is friendly. They took care of all of the things. Its clean and nice. Also has big play ground for kids to play...the rooms are also big inside...a lot of parking space. Overall a perfect place to host parties. I will highly recommend this place
The Staff were very warm and welcoming. They ensured everyone was attended and covid protocols were being followed at all times. Right from the entry to the ticket counter, staff was guiding the customers to what to do and how to do. I would say I had a good experience and my Son enjoyed a lot with his group of friends. We have held birthday party for my Son and we love visiting Koala Kidz again and again. Wonderful Staff and keep up the good work. See you soon again.
Had my son's 3rd birthday today and the party package was perfect. The pizza, the cake, juice boxes and plates/cutlery/napkins was included. The staff were amazing. Super attentive and helpful. The one guy even helped set up. Playplace is awesome perfect for 2 and up. Highly recommend!
It was great experience. My 5 year old had fun. His father was able to go on all the equipment and play with him. Especially the big slides. So much fun.
Best place for kids birthday parties. And also for other events. Large play area for kids. Sitting and relaxing area for adults.
It's a great place for birthday party!! Specifically for kids....it's big inside a lot of play ground for kids to play...the rooms are also big inside...a lot of parking space...the place is clean...2 thumbs up!!!...

We came here with friends for one of their birthday parties and the kids had a lot of fun. The event was organized well and the staff was friendly. Will be back for sure.
Good indoor activity place for kids.It is not big in size but it has number of playing equipments to offer.Parents have themselves to supervise their kids n outside foods are not allowed within the playing area .
