If you're looking for a great cup of coffee and some delicious pastries, Balzac's is the place for you. The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre location can be a bit tricky to find parking for, but it's worth it once you're inside. The coffee is always freshly brewed and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend trying one of their flavoured lattes - they're amazing!

so happy there’s a spot north of downtown that’s still so accessible! since having Balzacs in Stratford, I fell in love with their roast! had the cortado, cafe nordique and a vanilla cold brew which is going to be a big hit as the weather warms up! espresso is super smooth with bold flavouring that doesn’t stick on the palate too long, but lasts enough to get that hint of flavour on your tastebuds. Their specialty lattes have unique flavours and the nordique is a honey, vanilla cardamom combination and every ingredient complemented each other so well! Cold brew is nitro and super silky and velvety. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy the rest of the lineup and even gets some beans to bring back home! Now, you only need a location in northeast like Markham! Service was great and super professional! Great job and loved my experience in the vaughan metropolitan centre location! They said their hot chocolate does not have sugar in it. I got my order to find that their hot chocolate is extremely sweet. I mentioned that to them and was disrespectfully dismissed. Imagine how a Starbucks barista would have acted.

The debit machine automatically ask you for a tip. Highlighting that management in this facility doesn't pay its staff properly and passes on the cost to you. The one expected to tip before you get any service. Oh and everything is insanely overpriced as is. Starbucks prices for Tim Hortons quality and a tip expected to boot.

The hot Asian barista with the curly hair always make my drink so good. And he always asks me about my life. Pls give him more shifts. He’s so hot and has amazing customer service!

The coffee that the barist give me had bad taste. I come before and someoelse make a really good frozen coffee, I left in the counter and other person either. So what happen ? Before you made good coffee and now you don't?

Amazing place coffee treats and service is the best, the only problem is very limited sitting area especially at the busy time.

Inside the cafe is so beautiful, food is delicious and staff is very friendly. However, previously I was a barista for some years so I dont feel comfortable to rate the coffee more than 3 stars. The milk is never smooth and full of bubbles, skills don’t complement the taste of the coffee beans
