Kmart

We went in and bought a bunch of items and I got to the truck in the parking lot at 9:55 PM and saw they over charged us. I walked right back to the store and they had already locked the doors. I banged on the door and they ignored me. I called them and they wouldn’t let me in even though it wasn’t 10:00 PM (closing time). They said they were cashing out their till which they were not since I was watching them the entire time through the window. The young girl asked if I wanted a manager and I said yes so she put me on hold for 5 minutes while they all hurried and cashed out their till so they wouldn’t have to help me a CUSTOMER! Very poor customer service and very rude employees! I am going right back tomorrow morning and getting all of my money back and I will NEVER shop at K-Mart again! With service like this no wonder they are going bankrupt AGAIN!

I love K Mart and they closed ours so when I get to Twin I like to stop and see what holiday and sale items they have.

It's full of rude employees especially the managers. It's dirty. The trash in the 2 cans outside are rarely emptied.

Very nice sales associates and a large selection of everything a person could need. Even has a pharmacy so you can shop while waiting on your meds to get filled.
