Klondike Cold Storage

The staff is not good. Especially the Punjabi lady is very rude. My dock light was not working. And I went to ask if my load is ready and she told me to wait for 30 minutes. I went again after 45-50 minutes. She spoke very rudely to me. she said don’t come again in office. I was waiting for the last 7:30 hours. I was checking in at 6 pm and done at 12:37 pm. The experience was very bad.

What I read on the reviews for this place is correct. They seem to be behind right from the beginning of the day.nThe workers are nice enough to deal with.nJust unloading is slow.nTight backing up.

4 hrs normal here, they don’t have proper parking ,can stop 2,3 trucks in between way ,If you see trucks in entrance take right to 58 crescent and make uturn from left side warehouses, walk for checkin .hard to park number 18, 19 . They have nice restroom for drivers thats y 2 stars.

Terrible experience! Waited more than 24 hours to unload with zero updates or respect for drivers’ time. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you can.

Small place & some parking, tight backup & hard for new driver, they go with appointment so when you come here make sure you appointment with your dispatch what’s exact time for delivery.
