KLC College

The Medical Administration Program at KLC college is a excellent program for many reason. I am beyond happy to call myself a KLC college Graduate. The staff are exceptionally accommodating on many different levels. The atmosphere was just incredible. It was like we were all one big happy family, taking the next step in life. I have my future because of KLC College but most of all because of the experience I had while going to school. Thank you again Cindy and Veronica I couldn't have done it with out you.

I attended KLC Kingston from Sept 2014 to July 2015 in the Medical Admin Course. This is a first rate college, very quiet, with fantastic helpful teachers and admin along with smaller class sizes so you get the one on one experience as needed. Cindy and Veronica were very helpful, supportive and patient and were always there to answer questions and assist as needed. The course material was very well rounded, educational and intensive, and gave me everything I needed to be able to work in any office setting. I commuted one hour to and from school every day for 10 months including placement and it was such a positive experience, I would do it again in a heartbeat! KLC Kingston helped give me the skills I needed to land my dream job and I will forever be grateful I was prepared so well for the busy office admin work that I do now. Our group became like a little family - I gained so many lifetime friends, whom I still stay in touch with. If you are looking for a positive, inclusive, quiet teaching environment with first rate course selections and friendly atmosphere , I highly recommend this college!!! The three week placement period post study really made all the difference to me.

The dental assisting course is a breath of fresh air compared to any other education I’ve received in Ontario. The program is meticulously planned out by professors who have endless knowledge about dentistry and who genuinely care about the students outcome. The clinic is very well maintained- The tools, dental chairs, X-ray machine and film processor are all perfectly simulated to real life, and follow proper infection control/safety protocols. The staff are always friendly, kind, willing to help and are a constant support system throughout the entire course. They also have fantastic senses of humour but I could be biased on that one. In general, I personally don’t have one bad thing to say about the program, the instructors, the environment as well as the experiences I’ve had at KLC college. Would 100000000% recommend to anyone!

KLC is such an amazing environment! I took the Medical Office Administration Program and unfortunately only got a week of in person thanks to COVID, but Cyndi and Veronica were amazing and were there every step of the way as this was a whole new experience for everyone virtual teaching Because of them, I have landed my dream job working in a pediatric allergist office as their medical receptionist! Highly recommend KLC if you're looking to start your career on the right path!

I am currently in the Education Assistant program and it has been an amazing experience so far. This program was beyond my expectations for post secondary, The staff at KLC are also so friendly and help you with any questions you may have. I love the small class sizes and the experiences i have had in placement.

The EA program at KLC was the best choice I could have made. The program is instructed by a wonderful and dedicated professional, the administrative staff at KLC are great and were efficient in the process of getting registered with the program and providing you with what you needed starting the program. The program's curriculum and learning outcomes are sufficient in becoming an EA and starting my second semester, I know I will be graduating with the skills needed and more to become a fully qualified professional in my career. Additionally, my placement experience has been amazing and overall I have seen so much growth within myself through my education. I highly recommend this program to those who wish to become an important figure in education and enrich the lives of children within the education system.

The dental assisting program is a excellent program to take at KLC Kingston Campus. I really enjoyed every aspect of the program and the learning environment is exceptional! I like that the theory portion is online now, which makes it easier with scheduling when you have kids. The program coordination Cindy is a excellent teacher and will take her time in teaching you if you don’t understand something at first. Cindy has a excellent knowledge of the dental world and she even helped me secure a placement in Kingston. The campus also has a really nice dental clinic to work in during the hands on portion of the program. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to get into dental.

Initially when enrolling for the KLC fast track Dental Assisting Program, I was worried about falling behind in my studies and not receiving all of the education I needed to be successful. It is safe to say that both my theoretical professor and clinical professor ensure you understand all of the material and will go out of their way to help their students in any way they can. Both professors have offered their time outside of school hours to help their students and teach all material needed for placement and future job opportunities. I feel very prepared for the future, being able to work in a real dental office due to the cleanliness of the clinic, and being taught all procedures. From coronal polish, to sterilization, to composite resin, I feel I was taught everything to be successful in the future. Due to the education at KLC College I have decided to return to another college to pursue Dental Hygiene. Thanks to Cindy and Huda I feel confident in my abilities and able to go on to bigger things.

The Education Assistant program at KLC College has been instrumental in pursuing a second career in the education field. The staff has been very supportive during my back-to-school transition as a mature student and the course instructor has been patient and helpful. The EA program has been designed to address the ever-changing responsibilities of Education Assistants in the classroom by providing real-world experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking to pursue a fulfilling career or begin a second one.

I am a dentist from India and a new immigrant in Canada. While starting my dental journey in Canada, I was quite confused with how, when and from where to start. The day I met Cindy Coulter for Intra-oral Dental Assisting program, I was very sure that I am in excellent hands. The kind of professionalism, experience and knowledge she carries in dental field is truly impressive. She always runs an extra mile in taking care of her students.
