This place is awesome. They replaced a starter for me with a rebuilt unit, it worked but ended up having a problem with not always engaging. I brought it back and they replaced it with a new (not rebuilt) unit free of charge. Plus they have a cool 30+ year old parrot. Nice folks.

I Moved to the area last year from the East coast, and was in need of an immediate exhaust/muffler repair. Kitsap Tire was recommended to me as a fair and honest, locally owned auto repair business that has built a solid reputation during the decades in the Poulsbo area. This business has certainly lived up to what I was told. I have since been back to this shop for tires, an oil change, a window motor repair and an engine belt replacement. Each repair was completed on time, as promised, with no surprise charges. Kitsap Tire has certainly earned its great reputation in the area through decades of getting to know their customers and providing phenomenal service. I will continue to visit this shop and recommend their services to family and friends.
