The furniture is very pricey, but the quality is excellent, so I am satisfied there. The reason for the 3* review is our salesperson. Our salesperson didn't know much about the product, kept us waiting for quite a long time for answers to every question, and had her facts wrong about certain services. (For example, she offered us free delivery when we were looking at furniture, then later retracted it after we wrote up the order.) Additionally, she didn't tell us when we ordered that one of our pieces was on backorder. When she did call, she estimated that it would arrive May 5, but in reality it has been two weeks longer than that. The delivery guys have been beyond fantastic - really professional and very careful with our home and our new furniture. 5* for the delivery team. 4* for the quality / price balance. 1* for the sales staff.

It's not a thrift store, so don't expect thrift store prices. It's a place for quality, new furniture. That said, they're the best in the business with a surprisingly eclectic selection, from Pinteresty type distressed stuff with new-make quality to some slick Mad Men-type mid-century modern. Oh, and a massive clearance selection in the back where you can find some steals. Quality mattress selection.

I purchased a love seat at Arnold's in May of 2015. Recently, I had an issue with the electric switch that controls the foot rest. I called and they sent someone out within 2 days. The tech was very professional and courteous. I asked if it was still under a warranty and he said no, but we will be taking care of it. I appreciate the quickness and the fact that they went above and beyond for the warranty.
