Writing reviews is not something I usually do. In this case I'd be remiss if I didn't. When we walked into Heritage Fireplace Shop for the very first time several years ago, my wife and I were immediately greeted by a professional, courteous and friendly staff. That's the way it has been ever since. We had some issues with a gas stove and if there was anything further that could have been done to resolve our problem in the most convenient way, I have no idea what it would have been. Excellent choices for fireplace inserts and free-standing fireplaces. Very knowledgeable and not pushing for the immediate sale; they suggested we go home and really think about it. That's sure different.

Heritage fireplace shop has gone above and beyond to restore our gas insert that hasn't worked for years. Not only did they fix it, they also helped us with our hearth. Very professional and knowledgeable staff!
Michael, the parts and service manager at this shop helped out over the phone with a difficult part to find. Save your self some time, call this place first. And he had a line on the best price.
Had an absolutely excellent experience with Heritage Fireplace shop. Worked directly with the owner and he is amazing. Him and his crew came in next day and solved the problem with my fireplace that we could not figure out. Professional,completely affordable, and would use their services again. Highly recommend, thank you for everything you guys did!
I have to preface this review with an initial comment. About 30 years ago I was looking at a pellet stove and was prepared to make the purchase at Heritage Fireplace. However, I was greeted with a rather rude salesman who, in my estimation had no desire to help and absolutely no flexibility. Now we fast forward to 12/8/20. At the urging of my wife, we stopped in at Heritage Fireplace to ask advice and make a purchase. Wow - totally different reception this time. Michael, our salesman, was the most charismatic, affable, entertaining, knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. He could have sold me the London Bridge and I would feel as though he gave it to me. Michael freely explained our best approach to meet our needs - he didn't upsell us, he wasn't demeaning, nor was he pressuring. I cannot and do mean cannot recommend or suggest a better place to shop for your fireplace needs than Heritage. They are by far the best place to gain knowledge and purchase the products you need for your home. I highly recommend you seek assistance from Heritage before looking anywhere else. You'll be wasting your time anywhere else. I wish there was something more I could say or do to convince you to check out Heritage Fireplace Shop first because you will be absolutely astounded by the service you get. Thank-you Michael and I applaud management for hiring you.
