Management is constantly changing. Maintenance is great here but they only have 2 guys for a park with over 200 units. There is no communication between the 2 managers that were there. I've lived there before when it was under different management and it was the same story. The park is under renovation and new rule changes but until they fix management I will stick with 1 star. The rules are ridiculous as well. You can get a write up if you garbage can isn't in the right spot or even if your blinds are messed up in the slightest way. Beautiful park, horrible management.
