Dr. Alanna Kuhn has helped me change my life for the better in so many ways. When I reflect on the time I have been seeing her, I have made huge progress with her expert advice and guidance. It is clear that holistic health is her calling in life. She is an empathetic and patient listener with a great sense of humor. She has an amazing skill to make connections and provide insight into body, mind and spirit; A skill I believe can not be taught- she just has an eye for it. I am a happier, healthier, and better person because of her and am grateful everyday for the care she has provided me.

The clinic is very inviting, clean and friendly. Dr. Alanna Kuhn is so personable and genuinely cares. She personally helped me after delivering our twins with acupuncture and Chinese medicine practices to reground me and help with postpartum. 5 stars. I would highly recommendations to Alanna and her team.

Dr. Alanna Kuhn, owner of Kingston Natural Route Health, is not only extremely knowledgable as a Naturopathic Doctor, she is also deeply caring, authentic and sweet. I am a sensitive person, and with her I feel safe and know I am in great hands. She works with me, not telling me what to do, instead discussing my options and potential opportunities to maintain and increase my health and well-being. She's a very good listener and respects my ideas and thoughts - we work as a team to support my health. I love that she embodies the mind of a great scientist, and at the same time is intuitive. I highly recommend Dr. Alanna. She has a brilliant mind, the sweetest heart, and a beautiful soul. Thank you for your help and support over the past 2 years Alanna. I am very grateful

I've been going to Kingston Natural Route Health since the spring of 2013. I have seen great health improvement since I started working with Dr. Alanna Kuhn. She is very thorough in her holistic approach. She is a true professional! I have been able to eliminate prescription drugs by changing my diet and adding a few supplements to my daily routine. I would recommend Dr Kuhn to anyone seeking an alternative approach to health and healing. The new office space at Canatara Court is a warm and beautiful!

Kingston Natural Route is a great addition to the Kingston area. The clinic is clean and very welcoming. Dr. Kuhn was professional and took the time to get to know me and took a very holistic approach to my health. She took her time and had an excellent rapport. I am impressed with the plan suggested by Dr. Kuhn as it fit with me as a person and my day to day life. I felt like I was treated as a person and not a number. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to see a Naturopathic doctor. The clinic is in prime location and parking was easy. Thank you Kingston Natural Route Health.
