Kingston Medical Centre

I can’t recommend the Kingston Health Centre highly enough – a fantastic surgery. We have been with the surgery for 10 years and our daughter was diagnosed with a serious illness during that time, so we probably know the surgery better than most. On the whole you can always get a face-to-face appointment with a doctor and they will try to accommodate any urgent needs, the online booking system/repeat prescriptions etc is excellent, the reception staff are always there to answer any concerns and respond quickly to emails, the nursing team are lovely and particularly kind and gentle giving injections and taking blood and the surgery is always very clean, calm and welcoming. I’m always surprised about the negative press towards General Practice because we have only ever had an excellent experience at the Kingston Health Centre.

I am a new patient at the surgery and I really wanted to share my feedback and express my gratitude to the staff. Dr E. Robinson is an amazing and caring doctor who is incredibly dedicated and I also wanted to thank the amazing nurse at the practice Annie. I cannot thank you enough for the special excellent care you have provided and you are a gift to patients.

The staff are all so lovely and helpful. I registered with Kingston Health Centre after a few bad experiences at my previous surgery, and I am so pleased I moved! I would highly recommend it, especially if you have underlying health problems and have to visit the Doctor regularly. Everyone has made me feel so at ease and cared for!

Professional, capable, and friendly GPs who have your best interests in mind and are very welcoming. I feel secure that I will get the best treatment for any concerns I bring up, and have never been dismissed for my concerns. However, some of the receptionists can be inefficient or unprofessional, leading me to persistently have wasted time when looking to book appointments or ask questions. Despite this, all staff are polite and approachable and I would overall recommend this centre.

I’ve first registered with this practice in 2008 while it was still based on Richmond Road and had only few doctors. Seeing its growth and modernisation is wonderful. All the doctors and staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. Appointment times are easy and convenient to get. Thank you.

I change the GP after the 7 years , and this GP they have very good review, but be honest they are not helpful. Everything you need to book online and the app is not working properly, the reception they don’t have any of the records for my last 7 years and the doctor to . Today every single question and asking to the lady the answer is “ I Don’t not “ very disappointed. I have telephone appointments is was not good , they have service available , they can book and paid , but if the normal service is like this .. The GP LOOK greet, cleaning but very hot. But tue customer services very bad .

I moved from a really awful Doctors to this Practice on advice from many friends. It is incredibly good. Prompt service and really kind nurses and doctors. Have not been to a better Practice. As a military wife who moves every two years - I’ve been registered with over 10 doctors all over the country. This is by far the best.

No show for a video appointment for my baby. No communication. Can't get in again for 3 weeks! **UPDATE v impressed with the post complaint service. The practice owner followed up and got us an appointment the next day, with proactive investigation into the incident detailing what they could have done differently

I am registered patient at Kingston Health Centre. I and my mum went there to see a doctor on 15/12/2022. We was seen by Dr. James Kobza. He was very much caring and kind throughout our visit. He was incredible and treat us more than we needed. We extremely recommend.

Truly amazing doctors, pharmacist and nurses and receptionist. Always get appointments on the day. Very knowledgeable and caring. There’s not a better service anywhere!
