After-Hours Medical Clinic

Went here with a pretty serious issue. The lady behind the desk was kind and helpful. The doctor did an amazing job. Just need to get there early and be prepared to wait a bit. I got there at 6 and was seen around 7.

Obviously they don't care how about service given all the bad reviews. I was just there. my step kids don't have a family doctor and one of them needs a simple referral to get to a pediatrician. The place was almost empty, half an hour before closing. They stated they don't do referrals. Suggested I go to the mall. I asked what is the difference between clinics? They gave no logical answer. Guess they just don't care. We were even willing to pay for this referral. The rude receptionist wouldn't even ask the doctor. I guess she loves her job! Lol.

I was dreading the long wait at emerge for a simple sinus infection when I remember how fantastic the after hours clinic was the last time I was there with a ruptured ear drum from the same issue. I walked in just before noon and was in with the doctor in less then 30 minutes. Dr. Twiddy is fantastic, he listens and shows empathy. The reception is easy to deal with and courteous. This is my third visit and each visit was consistently the same.

Big Wait time.. I would rather go to 728 Milford Dr, Kingston, ON walk in clinic in Pharmasave. usually not that busy and takes time to do assesment

Went in because my ear was plugged so went to have them flush. They looked in my ear and plugged it worse and said it wasnt plugged after THEY made it worse. Will never go back rather wait at the hospital before going to these clowns!
