Shawn is a great trainer! He’s encouraging at reminding me of my fitness goals. His workouts are fun, energetic and the exercises help reduce stress. I thought about getting a personal trainer for a long time, so happy I finally did!
Was missing the gym and feeling bored so I looked into getting a trainer for online sessions. Kinetix has been a much needed interaction and routine in my week. Definitely recommend!
