The equipment, set up and professionalism is top-notch and the sense of community was very welcoming. It’s the first co-ed gym I’ve felt comfortable in! Fantastic staff, trainers and instructors in a great and convenient location

I started going here because the gym where I lived always had missing/broken equipment and no matter how many times I let them know nothing ever got fixed. It is a little more expensive than a standard gym but worth every penny.

I really enjoyed my time at this Jim, nice staff, good trainers and the have got a nice coffee shop.

I like the hours and convenience I go in evenings.  Also, the evening folks are really nice.  The equipment is in great shape and I never have to wait for anything.  The locker-room is always clean!
