Ki Hon Sushi

This is probably the most disgusting sushi that i have ever had in m life. Walked in and it was DEAD. it was lunch time on a saturday afternoon. you would think that it might have at least one other customer inside. we had to wait probably 20 mins for our food to be prepared and when it came it looks old and tasted horrible. i want my $10 back. i now feel sick to my stomach from thinking about the care and hygiene control in that place. DO NOT EAT HERE

This place has gone so far downhill. We used to have it about once a month, but today's visit will be our last. We were disappointed with the gyoza mushy, slimy, not fried long enough, with a weird sauce and tried to send it back, but the cook and his son started arguing with us about the half-bite that my wife had taken. We got upset and just wanted to settle, claiming that it would be the last time we'd eat there. Then he still tried to get us to pay half-price for the gyoza! Oh, and this was the part where they realized that they hadn't even made the yam tempura roll we'd ordered!! They are missing some critical knowledge of how to run a business. Save time, save patience... go somewhere else.

This place needs to be closed down. I used to come here as a kid and it was fabulous. Obviously new owners. The place is so dirty I couldn't believe it. Sticky cups, sticky menus, windows and floors have not been cleaned in years. Rat poop all over the place. The dirt between the windows and boards up is appalling. The sushi cold bar has goop all over it like fingers prints. Big health risk. DO NOT EAT HERE. I sat and left. I watched him double handle food with same gloves. RAT POOP EVERYWHERE. No one has cleaned this place in years. health authorities need to be called.

My boyfriend and I used to LOVE this place, but since they sold it in February the new owners have not done a good job. The service sucks now, and my rolls always fall apart. It isnt nearly as fresh and they didnt give me the right gyoza sauce. I miss the old owners. It wasnt just one bad order either we have ordered it about once a week since the new owners took over seeing if it would get any better, no go every order has been wrong or different from another, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Used to be my favorite Japanese restaurant. Had not been in about a year and a half and we were extremely disappointed. No server, one man show. We were not offer tea or water. Our meal was served all at one, miso soup, sunomono salad and dinner box. Soup was cold, teriyaki beef and vegetables disgusting. Won't be returning.

Never have I had such a sad sushi experience. Do yourself a favor and steer clear, very clear.

Dont go there unless you want to leave with a stomach ache.
