They mostly serve what they call a modern take on Pakistani street food. I like the innovative ideas they’ve put into the meals. The interior design is pretty nice. It would be nice if the menu had some explanation of what each item has and maybe labels for veggie and spicy food. I also found the wait time for the meal to get ready to be a bit high.

Terrific service, cool décor. Best Pakistani meal I've had since I was last in Karachi. If you want street food, it's a takeaway. If you want awesome main courses, they're cooked fresh, so plan for the pause...  I can't recommend Khokha too highly!

One of the best and probably authentic Pakistan street food places in Ottawa. Especially the Khokha rolls  chicken ones are my favourites, chicken biriyani, butter chicken poutine are delicious. Best rolls in my experience, great value for the price. We tend to go back again and again at Khokha Eatery.  Jubaer  the owner is very humble, super nice person to talk to and great services by all staff here.  Best for take out, seating options are limited to nil but that’s ok. We love bringing rolls at home and enjoy them while watching TV or catching up with the day’s happenings.  Totally recommended.

Amazing authentic food! Great service and cleanliness. We ordered the chapli kebab, samosa chaat,  khokha chicken roll, bun kebab, and wings. The food was fresh and perfectly spiced, we really enjoyed the food.

Amazing flavours!!!  Ordered the Khokha chicken roll. We loved the freshness & softness of the wrap, the signature sauce really brought out authentic flavours. Hakka Noodles with chicken was amazing, with just the amount of spiciness. Chapli Kebab was very flavorful & had some Chaat as the side. Chaat was delightful. We will definitely order again to try the other dishes! Vickie

If I could give 6 stars I would. Exceptional experience. Phenomenal service, the staff was very patient and cordial while I and my family gave our order. They also took the time to explain the different dishes and ingredients. The Khokha roll, bun samosa, and Hakka noodles were incredible. The decor is truly one of a kind, extremely creative, and a beautiful cross between traditional and modern decor. Overall, dining here was a great experience, I recommend Khokha to anyone looking for outstanding food, reasonable prices, top-tier service, and a beautiful environment.

First of all Khokha is a true testament of Pakistani hospitality as soon as you enter. We absolutely loved talking to the owners as we got their recommendations for our orders. They were very kind and humble and were very happy to know we drove all the way from Montreal to try the wonderful food!  Coming to the food, we ordered bun kebabs, chicken roll, beef roll and chapli kababs to eat at the patio. The shami bun kabab was the star of the show, very authentic and delicious! I do wish the roll and Chapli was a tad bit spicier but maybe that's something we had to specify in advance. All in all everything of very authentic and delicious!  We got chicken biryani and saag gosht to take away for the road and we found them to be so flavorful, nothing lacking there at all, perfect!  Will definitely be returning soon  for the food, the wonderfully thoughtful decor and for the warm hospitality.

Tried Chana Chaat, khokha roll, butter chicken, biryani and chai. Chaat, butter chicken and chai were on point, really loved them. The Chaat was fresh.  Khokha roll and biryani were too bland and on the sweeter side for my liking. Wish they had the option of making roll spicy. Would've really loved some spicy green chutney in the roll.  Other than that the interior was amazing, also loved the patio setup. We enjoyed our meal on the patio.

Khokha isn't just an eatery, it is an experience. You are reminded of Pakistan the moment you enter and lay eyes on the truck art themed décor with a twist. Living in Ottawa, I never ate Pakistani food from restaurants because none could get it right, but khokha exceeded my expectations. I didn't think I could find Karak Chai anywhere in Ottawa :P. I cook Pakistani a great deal and can vouch for the authentic, rich, Pakistani flavors which are even better coupled with Canadian high quality ingredients - and thus an absolute must-try. The menu is limited and specialized, which I believe shows that there is effort behind each dish. Last but not least, the power couple behind the khokha are a joy to meet, they make the khokha feel like a home , rather than a business. It's definitely my go-to place when I'm not cooking.

Khoka is a delightful eatery in Barrhaven, a fresh new discovery in business for 5 months. The owner Zubair is a perfect gentleman and we had a lovely chat. Thanks to my dear friend Ilias Jaber for the referral.  The takeout we had was chicken biryani and lamb karahi with accompanying raita. Flavours were delightful and authentic, with sufficient spiciness to satisfy the south Asian palate - ask for less if you prefer.  The decor is really impressive - transporting you instantly to the colourful roadside eateries of south Asia. They also have a lovely patio now.
