KFC

The spices in the batter make for very tasty chicken at KFC, but it can be very inconsistent - sometimes the chicken will be juicy and fresh, and at other times it can taste dry and old. The fries are always limp and lukewarm, though. There are only two tables here, so the eat-in option is quite unpleasant.

I've ordered around 4 deliveries from here since it opened and every time they give me 2 amazing succullent peices of chicken and one old tough one. Ordered today and got the same. Why cant i have 3 great peices. If you order 2 you get 1 good one and one awful one. They seemed to have improved their chips though, they were good today. They are normally limp, old and cold.

Brilliant Customer Service! We went on 29/01/23, the staff there were very friendly and helped us out with our needs. Will definitely be visiting again!

After taking my burger home I found it wasn’t what I ordered, it was one of their cheapest burgers rather than most expensive!

Excellent , finally found the kfc in Richmond. I visited here and the store was nice and best food Kid-friendliness: Nice staff , nice service Wheelchair accessibility: Nice lobby to eat , easy wheel chair access

The KFC was okay, food of a normal standard. Even though it wasnt very busy there clearly wasn't enough staff but it should be said there counter/kitchen staff were great because it was filthy - rubbish on the tables etc. Please bear in mind I visited on a Saturday night, 9pm, and there a few drunken tw*ts.

Food service is fast and predictable. Quality is as expected from a fast food joint which is not so great but okay if you need to grab a quick bite. Not enough seating space and no toilets in here - should mostly be for takeout. Menu is also very limited.

Awful experience - I ordered from Uber eats and paid extra for a priority delivery but the food still took an hour to get to me and the kfc is 10 mins away the driver was rude and half the food was missing and cold and when I tried to complain to Uber eats they kept sending me generic messages saying this has been resolved- I am so annoyed as this is technically theft as they haven’t provided the goods I have paid for, surely they can’t do that?! Do no order food from KFC in Richmond!!!

Fantastic fresh fried chicken - Staff are very welcoming & friendly & helpful - I differently recommend Kew KFC!

Very often tastes faulty or is not the most fresh whent it comes to burgers. Wings seem ok.
