I love Uncle Mings.  I am never disappointed.  I am a regular and have the wonton soup as often as possible.  Today, I also took home the smooth and tasty curried chicken, which warms me through to the bone.  Sharon is lovely and always has a little treat for me.

One of the best and fresh plates served for Chinese food.  It's hard to find a good location without attitude from the owner or servers.  Very friendly lady.  

To bad they didn't have a location at a skytrain station

It's definitely not gourmet but there is plenty of real flavor. The ginger beef is not batter sticks it has real ginger pieces. And the couple are adorable.

Great lunch spot. Not many tables, quick service, typical menu, Styrofoam plates, and METAL forks. No sesame seeds, when I asked.

I love Uncle Ming's. It's that greasy, hole-in-the-wall that you end up ravenously craving at 9pm. The couple that run it are lovely people, and everything that gets cooked is fresh. You aren't getting the bag o' mixed veg in your fried rice here.

Come for the cheap but filling lunch specials.
