Not the first time MISSING FOOD from here.nThis is my last chance for this location.nFood was okay, when I Got home. I was missing All the Tacos and the Bucket was short a few pieces. When i went back. The Service is piss poor. I won't go back to this location.nI never had a problem at the Regent location only this location.

Chicken not cooked, complained to corporate. Followed their directions, same store won't honor corporates promises an extra couple chicken pieces or small discountnnGood thing their are other chicken places to order from

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 regular big crunch sandwich for $4.95. Got home to find out they gave me extra spicy NOT regular. I called & got a voice message. Left my name & # & complaint. No one returned my call. Went there today & they didn't offer to replace them & basically said oops sorry. Won't be going back for a long time.

I recently visited this KFC location to pick up my order through the drive-thru at night. Unfortunately, the wait time was extremely long and I had to wait for what felt like forever to collect my order. While I understand that delays can happen, the wait time was excessive and disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve their efficiency and reduce wait times, especially during late-night drive-thru hours. Until then, I'll be hesitant to return. I’m giving 2 stars just because girl name SHAWAN because she is cool

Ordered on uber eats. 2 items of my order were missing. Food was shocking. Just disgusting. Whoever works here needs to resign. You clearly do not care about your job. Nor customer service or satisfaction.
