KFC

This was awful as I complained when they overcharged me compared to the menu prices. The food was cold and hard and old especially the chili fries because putting lukewarm chili cheese sauce on stale fries is not going to make them soft but instead they were way too crunchy and burnt ends on the fries. I did a complaint online and I never heard back. The staff very rude when I pointed out I was charged 30 cents more than what was on the board and and extra dollar on the burrito. Also you only get a discount on your fries if you order a combo which have gone up several dollars so it was cheaper to order a la carte... Barely any lettuce in these plus one was a taco instead of a burrito...

Very surprised at what has become of this location. In the three times I have been there (not planning on going back, did not place order third time, see #3 below) this is what I have noticed: 1. Certain customers seem to get priority over others, weird. 2. Very hard to communicate with staff. 3. Location appears to neglect health and safety standards. 4. Odd lack of diversity in staff (also see one above).

In my opinion, the best KFC in town. They have not cheapened their food or service. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Chicken isn't as greasy as in other stores.

Placed my order and the server had gloves on because of handling cash!! But then went to help with putting together the boxes for my food with the same gloves on and opening the boxes up with the same gloves on and bashing the boxes open on the inside of them with the gloves that has been handling the cash!! The server handed me the order after placing my food into them, still with the same gloves on and I told the server to put that order in the garbage!! The server says "I do not understand" I told the server that I was a health care worker and that putting together the boxes and putting my food into them with the same gloves on has just put a lot of bacteria onto all my food and I may as well suck all the coins in there because that is in my boxes. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had this experience at this location. No-one should be handling food and money without washing hands and changing gloves.

After waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes to order . I was informed chicken would be a 30 minute wait.
