Always terrible service. Forgets things each time. This time they did not listen to the order. Didn't give gravy or drinks. Had no one running register. Told us for a chicken meal we had to have crispy. Just all around horrible

Waited 10 to 15 mins in takeout line. She kept saying will be right with you but she wasn't. Will NEVER go there again!

The staff here are always pleasant. But you've got to check your order before you leave. They are notorious for getting orders wrong or missing items. But this is characteristic of kfc/taco bell. So I don't know if it's their ticketing system that's to blame.
