Conveniently located with ample parking spaces and also drive thru takeaways! Clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Twister wrap is flavourful and fried chicken is cooked well still juicy! One of the good outlet to visit
Well, I'm not one for sharing reviews but I felt I must on this occasion! 45minutes wait before I received my order! When I eventually received it, it was the worst KFC I've ever had! Got it home, opened the bag and for some reason the bucket was split, just like it had been squashed! Greasy! The fries had loads of green and black, I asked for plates and forks, bearing in mind i ordered a 10 piece family feast they gave me 3 plates and 2 forks! I know it's not the best example of a KFC outlet but this visit was by far the the worst! I thought this was worth sharing!
Absolute disgusting service, 3 girls all messing about spraying what looked like kitchen spray at each other se were ignored at the counter for 5 minutes, along with the customer behind us too. Drive through closed no apology given just told low on staff ? Yet they were messing about Then went back for sauce and again ignored
Could've included chips in children's meals but otherwise nice food. Staff called my number and then continued to talk to colleagues before handing it over so I had to wait for acknowledgement before I could take it. Vegetarian options: Very nice vegan burger. Fries are not vegetarian as was told cooked in the same oil as popcorn chicken which was disappointing.
Decided to swap from eat-in to take out only to overhear moaning from staff. How hard is it to swap from tray to bag. 3 pieces of chicken dried out, and god knows how old and one of the portions of chips missing. Stunning result.Food: 3/5
We haven't been for quite awhile as we live a bit to far for it to be delivered, my other half has been on about having a take away for a while as l was passing she got her wish . It is very busy but placed my order and waited , the car parking is quite good the seating area was clean with a cleaner constantly tiding up. Back to the food eventually got it with an apology from the server got it home as good as we remembered even though it's got expensive but what isn't. Annoyingly it's on special as from tomorrow half price. 9/8/22 No noticable changes
Found hair in chips with crumbs stuck to it , tried to phone KFC unable to talk to any staff at birchin way Grimsby , voice mail left message no reply back bad service
Ordered 2 boneless banquets and 2 extra mini fillet burgers one came without chips and both burgers was just a piece of chicken absolutely shocking need to review there staff won't be ordering again cost us over £25
If I could rate this place a 0 star I would missing items from the delivery which when phoned they blamed just eat which when pointed out they don’t do the orders they didn’t know what to say the manager was no help at all it was disgusting the way he handled it offered no apology or any other help apart from get in touch with just eat which wasn’t there responsibility need to sort your staff out
Waited 45 minutes to receive food, did receive an apology from the young lady who served me but it seems priority is given to Just Eat orders and face to face customers just left to wait. Not fast food.
