I visited this location last week and had a great experience. Yummy treats, love it. Highly recommended this location.
staff never answer the phone, poor skip the dishes times ordered at 7:45 when they close at 9 and they canceled the order after we already paid customer service on the phone is terrible, tried to order today and they seem to be closed completely even though it says open online current time is 6:30 every time we try and order there is a new issue with this place, everything is overpriced especially the small blizzards
Was referred here by Gravity Contractors. The staff was very helpfull and polite. The new look of the store looks great!!!
Got a triple brownie Ice Cream. It was good and the new owners were really helpful with picking "something good with chocolate"
930pm close however arriving at 905pm and gateway centre rep. was at doors saying nobody allowed inside except for washrooms and Dairy Queen is also closed - wrong hours posted to google. Also drove here for drive-thru - there is no drive-thru however google says there is.
Unreliable. Hours are all over the place and not posted correctly. I’ve gone more than once and it was closed when it was supposed to be open. They don’t pick up the phone. They also confirmed a Skip order then never delivered it so I had to contact the company for a refund. Honestly, a huge hassle for me and the ice cream isn’t good enough to try to figure out when they’re going to be open/deliver. Multiple disappointments

The employee was helpful and pleasant but I'm quite annoyed at all the DQ franchises setting whatever prices they want!! At least for the cakes anyway
Just received terrible service from a cashier named "Rose". I was purchasing a birthday cake for my daughter and requested that she write happy birthday with her name on it. Rose made it quite obvious that she was not pleased with this request, as she was busy in the back baking cakes! I assumed she was busy, as it took her 5 minutes to come to the counter! She was rude and didn't offer me a receipt. When I asked for a receipt she actually turned and picked it out of the garbage and tried to hand it to me! Wow. This is my second bad experience with this dairy Queen so I will definitely not be back.
