Harvey's was good. Great food with the addition one gets to pick the toppings they want on their burger. Can't go wrong with that. Also Swiss Chalet is in the same location in case you feel like grabbing a bite of something else rather than a Harvey's. All in all can't complain when there's different selection of food available at your disposal.
Just had Harvey's, too far to return food. Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken combos, and an Angus combo. The Buffalo chickens were cold and like cardboard with barely there lettuce and tomatoes on a stale bun, and the fries were like batons. The Angus burger was cold and baton fries again. The drinks, one was totally not what we ordered, we asked for no ice and got 3/4 of the cup full of ice. And to top it all off, it took 30 minutes in drive thru. Whatever happened to fast quality food.
Saturday 5ish went through drive thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 onion rings. After I pull away from the drive thru I look in the bag and only have 1 cheeseburger and 2 onion rings. I go inside and say a burger is missing. 20 minutes later they make a new cheeseburger and put it in the bag....just one. We don't know which one was missing from the original order so I decide to open the bag before I leave the restaurant. I now have one new burger that is correct and one the first burger which doesn't match anything that I ordered. I tell them this is the wrong burger. At this point I have been there almost half an hour and am out of time. I take the order with the incorrect burger, everything is cold. Should have demanded a refund before I left. Will never ever return.
Came in for dinner on July 7th. Ordered beer and wine but weren't told they couldn't be consumed inside the restaurant—until the supervisor yelled at us from behind the counter. You could tell her staff was mortified; it was also embarrassing for us—a couple in our 40s and 50s—and the young female who served us who was great. There was also a young male who was overly chatty and annoying, and doing such a terrible job of wrapping burgers that our female server had to redo his work. We ended up eating our $50+ meal in our car. A terrible experience all-around.
i feel like the employees don’t want to serve us so they take a terribly long time making the food to try to get us to drive off. there were 4 employees outside in front of us while we sat and waited without even being acknowledged yet. kinda ridiculous
I would give 4.5/5 but I can’t on Google. Friendly service. Convenient location next to highway and EV chargers. I also appreciated that Harvey’s takes the time to make the burger in front of you and you can put on the toppings that you want and I enjoy my burgers more. Vegetarian options: I would also appreciate more vegetarian options as there was only one veggie burger and one veggie poutine. Dietary restrictions: I would appreciate more halal food options. There are no current halal foods.
Onions rings were totally burned. No aceptable sell something like that . I have pictures to show ! This isn’t the first time , in the drive thru , they serve something burned o in not good condition. Please respect Custumer heath !!! Plus the customer service line is connected to fax machine, so u never get the chance to express u concern. Shame Vegetarian options: N/a
Listen, I love me some Harvey’s, but go anywhere else but here. Literally anywhere else. Go next door and get convenience store pizza, go up the road to McDonalds, whatever. This Harvey’s is a disaster from beginning to end.
I don't know ,but almost everytime 4 times in the last month the fries were cold.I nearly had to dry off all the fries,as they looked lile they have been sitting in the oil too long! Then the onion rings were the same as the fries,but too well done to even enjoy!!! The taste of old oil left a rotten taste in my mouth!But that was nothing...I also got two kids cheeseburger meals..no cheese, I had checked the order before driving off,and being disappointed,Well . I said to the person at the window about no cheese, so I handed them back!! I couldn't beleive my eyes,the young fella opened up both burgers, and asked for a peice of cheese, and put it under the patty!!! Oh my word! I just watched what you did.and if this happens again I will report you too much to deal with!So in the end a lady manager came to the window apologies and the kid got let go and she redid my order free of charge,as well as giving me my $$back!! But seriously The workers get younger and younger!! Long story short,always take a second look to make sure its correct,instead of getting home and finding stuff is missing!!!
Very dissatisfied with the take out service, the machine broke so we were informed to order inside from a note on the broken speaker. Also the milkshake machine has been not working for many months since last July 2022. We have been patiently waiting, and it is about time to complain. It is time to shut down this location and fire the owner. Poor management. They are hiring new staff. Who would want to be a part of this below par standard of a management team. What a shame.
