Ordered a 10 piece bucket with fries and gravy, they said it would be a couple minutes and I need to park in the front. I wait 10 minutes for them to come tell me it's going to be another 10 minutes. They come back 10 minutes later to tell me it's going to be another 20 minutes unless I will take dark meat. I agree and said dark is fine we're starving....get home and no gravy we got a potato salad instead, checked my recept definitely says gravy.
Had 2 pc chicken combo and classic chicken sandwich with a small coleslaw. Got it to eat in. Combo and sandwich came in a bag, no small coleslaw. Showed the cashier my receipt and asked for my small coleslaw. As asked if I was such I didn’t get it. Finally got it, no fork for either my coleslaw or my husbands combo. Fries needed salt. Chicken lacked flavour. No salt, pepper, ketchup, vinegar anywhere to be found. Cashier rather rude but it could be because she was busy no excuse Wheelchair accessibility: A few spots but found 2 spots with cars without a handicapped sign on the cars. Found one of the vehicles as a delivery.
I didn't order in advance to wait my order to be ready. I ordered in advance to pick up my food!! I already estimated my time of arrival my gosh! Plus costumer service knowing I'm in the store already why do I have to wait in line? Is the 1st cash register not working? Again with the service why do you guys not ask if they want their reciept or not like come on!
Everytime i ordered in this location extra crispy chicken is always NOT AVAILABLE! Even i am willing to wait to for them to cook it still NOT AVAILABLE! Poor owner of this location. Management doesn’t care how to treat customers right.
I just bought the Habanero Chicken bowl. It was so disgusting, I threw it out. In the picture, it looked like there was salad on the side with nice meaty chunks of chicken. When I opened my bowl, everything was SWIMMING in gravy. The balls of chicken were rubbery and the mashed potato I think was instant, was soggy slop! After 2 bites I had to throw it out. This is one meal, I will NEVER order again.

Slow as they make you wait in the parking lot when you go through the drive thru. It is a little messed up they need to get it together.
Definitely not for me and meh qualityupdate most certainly a better location for food than my previous encounters. I got basically the whole menu just to try it out again as I heard their quality went up. And I was not disappointed. The reason for a low rating is that KFC has never been my quality of food, don't know don't askFood: 3/5
Of all the KFC I've been too this is by far my favourite. The staff are wonderful to deal with. The food is usually piping hot and mostly fresh made when ordered. The restaurant itself is clean, as are bathrooms. Oddly enough I've not tried anything off the taco sude of the menu.
Bright clean store! Lots of staff eager to get your order! Food tasted great!
