AVOID THIS PLACE We got a grilled chicken burger and it looked like the attached photo. We got a poutine as well and the gravy had started to harden and turn to jelly. The fountain drink machines are either broken or low on syrup because they tasted like tonic water with some vanilla flavour. They also never give you a receipt so it makes it impossible to leave a review with corporate.
visited there at approx. 9pm one day, first and foremost, very dirty restaurant greasy hand prints on the windows, sticky and dirty tables, bathrooms were very dirty and smelled like urine Attempted to order 3 x meals half way through our order, the cashier left us to argue with the customer at the drive through, one of which was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and paid for our meals, one of the other meals was a kids meal. Once we received our food, we were missing the kids toy, and the chicken sandwich wasn't spicy as indicated on our receipt. When i talked to the front counter, we were told it was Spicy, and then were told "we are out of spicy chicken breasts", so i guess they decided to just make whatever they wanted instead of telling us. all in all, dirty restaurant with poor service especially when we're one of three tables in the whole restaurant Forgot to mention, had to ask for our receipt to verify that our order was taken correctly, but received the wrong items
Rudest restaurant ever here in fort my pinky to has better respect and better customer service than the people that work here. Last I checked treat your customers with respect, even if they are rude, check your emotions and problems at the door. This place is horrible for customer service and I hope your HR department sees this, cause it’s out of hand..
By far the worst franchise in Fort Saskatchewan. From the lack of basic items on the menu. Chilli. Baked potato. Chicken nugget kids meal at 7.30pm to the absolutely appalling customer service. I dont care if you own the place you don't own the brand. Show it some respect and leave Wendy's alone to grow. What your doing is a disrespect to Wendy's, Fort Saskatchewan, and people of East Indian decent. You act like your not comprehensive of the basic English language and treat customers like they are dirt. Shame on you all.
Post a sign at entrance of drive thru if it is out of order!! You lost my business to timmies. PLEASE run your business better as my family really enjoys the food and would like to spend our money in Fort Saskatchewan. SADLY we are starting to avoid your resturant due to your bad management and more often then not rude employees.
Staff not trained well doing their work. Went to dine in and the staff was more concerned with working the drive thru and not the customers inside. Took 12 minutes while standing at the til before I was acknowledged. I ask for a portobello mushroom meal and staff member read back what I ordered as a single cheeseburger meal. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to across the Canada.
We went to dine in, got in line to order and no one would help or service. Had to give a star to write the review. No service. Walked out, waste of time. Not even friendly. Where is management!!!!!! We have waited in the drive though line and it was slow.
This restaurant has steadily declined in service and food quality over the past few years. Wait times in the restaurant and at the drive thru are often lengthy and by the time you get your order you often have either cold fries or a cold burger; or both. I've always thought Wendy's cooked your food fresh when ordered but at this location it's sitting in warming drawers, and it's often overcooked or dried out. Just not a good Wendy's to go to if you care about reasonable service and hot food.
This Wendy’s use to be great. Last couple of years the service has really gone down, food is usually cold, they don’t even tell you your total unless you ask, rude at the window. Very disappointing.
One of the rudest customer service I have ever encounter!!! I dont know if that's the manager but he was on the drive thru but soooooo impolite and rude!!!! If you dont like what you're doing, better quit!
