This is the best pub food I’ve had in Alberta. My server/bartender Amanda was amazing! I had the Philly cheese with a poutine as a side. Great portions and great flavour. I definitely recommend stopping here!
No frills, unpretentious, and homely local bar cum restaurant. Daily specials and good portions for a great price. I really enjoy frequenting this little gem, not because it's the best, but because it is consistent, delicious and comfortable. Pop in and have some hand stretched pizza or the Yorkshire Pudding filled with steak shavings. Wash it down with some local beer and you are set.
4 of us went in for lunch, and it happened to be the first day of their new menu! There was a lot of great choices in the "Pub Favourites" part of the menu, but we were more snacky and tried some of their unique appetizers. The Carolina Tailgate was the best steak bites that I think have had. The Deep fried lasagna yep, that's a thing was a hit.....and the Bombay Chicken Dip was just spicy enough and a great change from spinach dip that is served in so many other places. One of us did have the Cobb Salad, and it's worth ordering just to look at! Angela was a great server, and we'll be back soon at night to try some of their Pub Favourites! I have my eye on the "Heart Attack Club"!
Always good food here and nice service. Have had many items off the menu and so far they're all good! The lunch special soup and sandwich is such a good deal and very good! Highly recommend! This is the butter chicken!
Menu selection on my visit was a little limited. I had a steak sandwich and a pork rib appetizer . Both were fantastic. The service was prompt , friendly and professional. The prices were most definitely fair. I will definitely go back and visit again.
Best wing night in town! Servers are great and very friendly.
Really great food here. Wonderful wings, pizzas, burgers, hot sandwiches, large salads and at very reasonable prices. I can't resist the Greek salad. The service is also great and it's a warm, inviting place. Update: The food just keeps getting better and better and they are now open better hours! Daily for both lunch and dinner! You really have to try this place if you like an excellent beef dip, pulled pork sandwich, cheese pizza, wings...and their side Caesar Salad is delicious!
fantastic. this is exactly what i want when i say i want fish n chips, they do it right n that house made tartar sauce ?? i’m going to need a recipe, regular tartar sauce won’t cut it anymore
Our server was fantastic. We eat out a lot and I can say without hesitation that the service here was so much better than anywhere else in the fort. Food was fast, delicious, and reasonably priced. We sat in the breakfast room of the hotel since minors aren't allowed in the bar area. I expected to be somewhat forgotten about because it was so busy in the bar, but we ended up having an incredibly attentive server. The hotel staff passing through were also super friendly and took the time to say hi. We will definitely be back again.
The food is often very good. Can be an enjoyable time with the right people for socializing. Too often the hockey game is on so avoid if you’re not into hockey. Service can be good depending on server. Would be nice if they had a more social, fun atmosphere
